The Inman Incubator is a 190 square foot retail storefront right in the heart of Inman Square. The community will find artists/makers popping up over the span of 4 – 6 weeks. The space will transform to suit the artist/maker that is popping up through classic retail and exhibit infrastructure. Aside from being able to shop local, handcrafted goods in one place, the Inman Incubator invites the community to meet and converse with the person behind their purchase.
Participation is free for the artists/makers selected for the Inman Incubator. This allows for experimentation, testing out products/displays/marketing while connecting with the community.
The Incubator space is provided by Commonwealth Alternative Care and powered by the East Cambridge Business Association & gather here.
